Why We Exist

Let's be honest...

Most of us weren't taught how money actually works.

We learned how to get a job, pay our bills, and "be responsible," but no one really showed us how to build wealth, break unhealthy money habits, or create a different future for ourselves and our families.

So we do our best.

We work hard. We pay what we can. We tell ourselves that maybe next month we'll finally get ahead.

And somehow, "next month" keeps moving.

On a Teacher's Salary was created for people who are tired of feeling like they're doing everything right but still can't seem to make the progress they hoped for.

This isn't about being perfect, making six figures, or giving up everything you enjoy.

It's about learning the things we should've been taught years ago-and having people in your corner while you put them into practice.

Around here, we celebrate paying off debt, but we also celebrate sticking to a budget for the first time. We celebrate improving your credit, but we also celebrate saying "no" to an impulse purchase. We celebrate big wins, small wins, and every step in between.

Because real change doesn't happen overnight.

It happens one decision at a time.

OurĀ prayer is that when you become part of this community, you'll leave with more than financial knowledge. You'll leave with confidence, practical tools, genuine support, and a new way of thinking about money that can impact your family for generations to come.

You don't have to have it all figured out.

You just have to be willing to start.

And we'll be here to walk with you every step of the way.
